My name is Martina Haller and I am from Germany.
I live near Munich airport in a beautiful area that makes me feel well and very happy.
I have two sons, both of whom are grown now… the younger one is a carpenter and the elder one is studying to be an integrative nutritional health coach.
For the last 20 years I have been virtually addicted to a quote from Marianne Williams that is often attributed to Nelson Mandela.
How many of you know or have heard of the quote from Marianne Williamson titled “Our Deepest Fear”?
This quote has been crucial to me in the healing of my own issues and has been part of the transformations I have gone through in my own life.
Would it be all right for me to read this quote out to you?
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
A friend recently asked me which part of the quote was most important to me… and it was then that I realized that every single sentence in this quote has everything to do with me and my past.
I believe in a higher being, a higher energy that connects us. And I truly believe that, as Marianne Williamson wrote, we are here “to manifest the glory of God”.
In fact, the sentence before that also states that we are all meant to shine, and I truly believe this, as well as the concept that we are all children of God.
I was born as a so-called “Sunday´s child” and, as far as I can remember and from what I have been told, I always had this glow of positive energy around me, right from the start.
I see this in others, too, and know that it is the way we were all meant to be, even when Life has given you difficult challenges to deal with.
Truth be known, I was always searching for an efficient method to release traumas that have been stored in the cells of our bodies.
I also wanted to release the energy of these negative experiences without having to enter the traumatic energy that had been.
I didn’t want to hear the traumatic stories and I didn’t want people to have to bring up and go through all of their own terrible emotions again.
I just wanted to help them heal in a way that would stay healed, which meant I had to learn to go down onto the cellular level, where trauma is stored and can stay for a lifetime.
I read many books, watched many YouTube videos from teachers and wise people all over the world.
I attended and worked at many seminars and I learned about quantum healing and energy work.
What I saw was that almost everyone talked about how and what quantum energy IS, but not about how to use quantum energy to heal on the cellular level.
I had to develop that myself. Using many of the tools I had found, I began developing ways of working with quantum energy in such a way that people can come into a special place where anything and everything is possible… and from this space, you can give thanks that healing… has already taken place.
My mantra is to not to talk about how to do this, but to actually DO it and teach it!
Since 2008, I have supported thousands of people in dealing with their issues and developing their strengths.
I call my own method TiM®, or Transformation in Minutes.
When you have come to understand that everything is energy and frequency,
then it is possible to experience healing within minutes yourself.
I am not connected to any one practice, any philosophy or belief system.
I follow no leader except for the one shining within me.
But I would like to go back to Marianne Williamson, to the last two sentences of her quote, because this is where I live now.
“And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
This perfectly summarizes why I am now doing seminars and healing work on this level. I believe that peace, freedom and acceptance is possible when we are released from the fears that are stored within us.
So… shine your light – it is the greatest gift any of us can ever give.
